Product Return Policy
You can make your return within 10 days from the day you received your order under the terms and conditions provided by the provisions of Law 2225/1994 on consumer protection.
According to article 5 par.10 of law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. Changes and refunds on discounted products or during a discount period will be made by product replacement after consultation with the company and if possible.
IN CASE OF RETURN YOU HAVE THE POSSIBILITY:
1. To make a change with the same or another / other product / products, through our online store. Make your change to the e-shop once you have made your initial purchase from there. You have the ability to send your parcel back with any shipping you wish as the shipping cost is yours. 2. Request a refund (applies only to purchases through the online store). You can send your parcel back with any shipping you want as the shipping cost is yours.
