RETURN POLICY

You can make your return within 10 days from the day you received your order under the terms and conditions provided by the provisions of Law 2225/1994 on consumer protection.

The products to be replaced must be in the condition received, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, in excellent condition, with the special markings (cards) and the special return form at the end of the terms of use (alternatively it can be sent electronically to the mail of our company info@bestfor.com).

According to article 5 par.10 of law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. Changes and refunds on discounted products or during a discount period will be made by product replacement after consultation with the company and if possible.

IN CASE OF RETURN YOU HAVE THE POSSIBILITY:

1. To make a change with the same or another / other product / products, through our online store. Make your change to the e-shop once you have made your initial purchase from there. You have the ability to send your parcel back with any shipping you wish as the shipping cost is yours. You can request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish. Finally, you must inform us about the courier you want, as the shipping charge belongs to you.

2. Request a refund (applies only to purchases through the online store). You can send your parcel back with any shipping you want as the shipping cost is yours. You will also be kept with the shipping of our shipment. The return process usually takes 5-6 working days from the moment we receive the return to our company.

In all cases in which, with proven fault of BEST FOR, products other than or substantially different from the ones you ordered were delivered to you, the return / shipping costs are borne by our company.
